Warehouse Associate- Hand Loader (Detroit) Job at Fabiano Brothers
Hand Loaders get a THREE DAY weekend by working full time only four days per week! Monday – Thursday evenings, a hand loader starts between 5 pm and 6 pm and ends when all orders for the next day have been picked, and the job is done.

Working as a hand loader is a stepping stone to advancement within the company.
A successful hand loader will:
- Use voice picking technology program to ensure speed and accuracy when picking beer products
- Retrieve orders according to quantity, size, etc., ensuring accuracy
- Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks
- Effectively and safely utilize a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, including cleaning up spills, sweeping, and mopping.
- Be self-motivated and work in a fast-paced, physical work environment
- Report to work ready and on time expecting to work long hours of their feet.
- Repetitively lift, move, push, and handle cases of beer and other products weighing 40# or more.
- Work as a team player with co-workers.
- Have great strength and stamina
- Work in a temperature-controlled environment between 60-67 degrees.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
