Somerset, NJ warehouse looking for a full time Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative
Candidate must be well organized and able to multi task with minimal supervision. Must be highly organized and must have attention to detail. This role will include
· Communicate with clients on daily orders
· Download orders, pick tickets, and Bols and process orders using 3PL and RAMP software
· Pull, review and work with inventory reports
· Arrange pickups with trucking carriers
· Handle customer service inquires an requests
· Ensure all orders are processed and shipped timely and accurately
· Work with floor manager and coordinate order flow
· Process inbound receiving and enter into inventory
· Understand general warehouse inventory systems
· Assist in providing order reports to Accounting Dept promptly
Knowledge of 3PL and RAMP a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
