We have a Well-Established, Highly Successful and Nationally Respected client which operates a solid online sales & service presence with multiple distribution centers across the US. They are in a major growth mode and in need of a VICE PRESIDENT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE – VIRTUAL over the entire Customer Service and Contact Center Operations. Ideal candidate will own the customer experience delivery, strategic planning, and execution of all call center operations in a B2C consumer products E-Commerce and Retail setting. Must have at least 10+ years of experience in a Customer Service & Sales Call Center environment and live in one of the following states: OH, PA, NV, IN, KS, TX, VA & MA.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A seasoned Call Center professional who is Strategic, Analytical and Tactical.
  • Someone who has managed a Service & Sales Call Center in the consumer products space.
  • E-commerce and Retail experience required.
  • Experience with establishing best processes and procedures, metrics and analytics and exposure to call center technology and telephony.
  • Come from a call center that has shown year-over-year growth.
  • Has led Process Improvement and Change Management, as well as creating and defining new processes.
  • Fast paced environment / rapid growth.
  • A person who comes from a larger call center, but not so high up that they are removed from the day-to-day and hands-on ‘Action’.
  • Background managing both in a first party and BPO call center dealing with consumer products or services.
COMPENSATION: $150K – $200K Base Salary – Based on Experience + 15% Bonus Potential
