Position Summary:

The Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading a sales team focused on healthcare IT vendors and Payer organizations in the US. He/she is expected meet and exceed quarterly and yearly sales goals. Serving as a key member of our management team, the VP of Sales will be a significant contributor to our culture and will hold a crucial role in management and leadership, including the ongoing development and training of an energetic and passionate Sales team. In addition to the role as a team leader, you are expected to manage and be directly responsible for some of our strategic key accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
  • Own all aspects of sales, customer success and account management/renewals
  • Ensure predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales results
  • Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the sales organization
  • Drive process optimization, territory and quota development, forecasting, sales compensation, and overall sales force success
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to ensure optimal performance measurements and management programs designed to ensure sales organization success
  • Performs other relevant job duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on sales management experience in a high growth B2B software/SaaS
  • Solid experience from selling to healthcare providers and/or vendors
  • Experience in hiring, mentoring, training and managing high-performance sales organizations
