Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants
As a Technician/Assistant you will be responsible for treatments of all inpatients and outpatients which include technician appointments, surgery appointments, and drop-off appointments.
We would like to hire individuals who have knowledge and experience practicing the below mentioned skills:
- Placing IV catheters
- Venipuncture/blood collection
- Taking X-Rays
In addition to providing top quality care, Alpine Veterinary Hospital supports and gives back to local rescue organizations as part of our mission to earn the trust and respect of our clients, patients and community.
The hospital currently holds 6+ exam rooms, a large treatment area, radiology, CT scan, lasers, and will soon have a 4,000 square foot surgical floor dedicated to surgeries. We are committed to serving the needs of the community’s pets with practicing small animal medicine.
We currently utilize HESKA for in-house labs, IDEXX digital x-rays, and 2+ sources for outgoing labs. Our scheduling system is Vetter Software and have recently installed a great phone VoIP system for quick, easy, and effective communication with clients and staff.
