Veterinary Receptionist Job at VIP Animal Care

VIP Animal Care is a brand new, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital in the heart of Fullerton. We are looking for driven, self-motivated team players to join our great staff of veterinary professionals. We are a privately-owned, growing, full-service veterinary hospital providing a range of services to our patients.
Shift
We are open 6 days a week. Monday - Saturday
We offer 4 x 10 hour shifts.
Saturdays are mandatory.
We are looking to hire immediately.
Duties
· Greet all clients.
· Customer Service.
· Answer Telephones.
· Assist clients when either checking in or out.
· Assist clients with financial assistance through Care Credit and Scratchpay.
· Schedule appointments.
· Verify and update client information, pet information and vaccine schedules.
· Monitor front lobby.
· Arrive at scheduled time ready to work.
· Maintain professional attitude at all times.
· Create customer accounts through software system.
· Support of practice goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
