Veterinary Receptionist Job at Green Oaks North Pet Hospital
Client Care Coordinator wanted for a well-established, AAHA certified, small animal practice in North Arlington. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented team player to join our group. A qualified applicant will be a high school graduate (college graduate or experience would be a plus) and have 3-5 years of customer service experience in an office or medical office environment. Previous veterinary experience a plus but not mandatory. Qualifications for the position include computer experience, knowledge of veterinary software would be a bonus, multi-line telephone, and excellent customer service skills, as well as outstanding communication skills. This position is full-time with an average of 34-39 hours a week. Schedule includes alternating Saturdays with one weekday off. Wages are based on experience as well as an excellent benefit package including paid time off, 401K/IRA plan, continuing education allowance and compensation, uniform allowance, and discounted veterinary care for your pet.
