What will you do


The Talent Access and Vendor Relations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Talent Access leadership team and external vendors. Responsibilities will include a variety of global projects, managing vendor relationships and maintaining documents and reports.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support the TA Strategy and Shared Capabilities Teams on a variety of global projects including but not limited to vendor relations, documentation, process improvement, reporting and strategic sourcing
  • Partners with external vendors to manage and track POs and invoices. If needed, troubleshoots invoice problems and works with vendors to resolve situation and/or coordinates with Procurement representatives to achieve resolution
  • Liaison between the TA Team and vendors for access, request, inquires and questions related to vendors’ products or services
  • Maintain current approved vendor for TA and collaborates with Procurement should a new vendor need to be added
  • Updates and maintains documents and content for TA’s leadership SharePoint site
  • Maintains the most up to date TA marketing material on TA’s SharePoint site
  • Generate standard and ad-hoc reports for TA Leaders and prepares in appropriate format
  • Develops presentations for executive and leadership meetings once content is provided
  • Work in collaboration with other team members to execute tasks and fulfill key deliverables, seeking input and assistance as needed.
  • Enable proactive sourcing of on-demand pipelines of talent to improve diversity, quality of hires, and decrease recruitment cost as needed

Qualifications


What we are looking for


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, marketing, business administration or a related field required, Master’s degree a plus
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition documenting projects, partnering with vendors, reporting and partnering with Talent Acquisition Leaders
  • Detailed understanding of contract terms, monitoring activities and required due diligence.
  • Ability to communicate and articulate vendor issues and due diligence items to appropriate parties both internally and externally
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with Talent Acquisition reporting and leadership presentation

Preferred Requirements/Competencies:

  • Consumer Health or related industry experience
  • Experienced managing vendor relationships and/or resolution of issues in a cross functional environment preferred
  • Experience working with vendors preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this role is $73,000 to $102,000.
