V.P. & NHA, St. Joseph Manor Job at Holy Redeemer
SUMMARY OF JOB:
St. Joseph Manor Vice President/Administrator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the campus that consists of 296 residents and patients in skilled nursing and 64 residents in Personal Care. Accountable to ensure all areas are operating efficiently and effectively to achieve the Health System’s Strategic goals and objectives. Accountable for the campus operating budget and capital budget. Responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations that pertain to LTC and PC. Establishes a reputation for being a premier senior living provider serving and delivering care to the population of long term care, short stay programs, memory care program, and personal care with high levels of resident and patient satisfaction. Oversees the Life Care Admission Department and serves as Nursing Home Administrator to the Transitional Care Unit. Annually there are approximately 1600 admissions. Collaborates with all internal Leaders, Directors, and Managers and external partners to achieve excellent outcomes.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred
- 5 – 10 years Management experience in healthcare
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with external partners
- Ability to lead and inspire teams on the campus and across the health system
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to support and promote, positively, the mission, goals and objectives of Redeemer Health
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements
- Ability to develop, implement and coordinate new programs and services
- Ability to function in a changing healthcare environment
- Accepts 24 hour accountability of the campus
LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Nursing Home Administrator license for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
