Naumann/Hobbs is looking for YOU to fill our Used Equipment Sales Coordinator position in Phoenix, AZ.

We are the largest Material Handling Equipment Company in the Southwest. Naumann/Hobbs Material Handling, Inc. sells, rents, services, and supplies parts on an extensive line of material handling products. We are a staple in the Valley with almost 70 years of business experience and over 100 million in annual sales.

The Billing UE Sales Coordinator will process used equipment orders and track to delivery as well as invoicing.

What you will do:

  • Enter new orders into system and issue purchase orders
  • Place orders with manufactures/vendors
  • Track orders to shipment
  • Coordinate equipment inspection and delivery to customer with internal departments
  • Register manufacture warranties
  • Customer Billing
  • Maintain audit file with required documents
  • Participate in team planning meetings and audit preparation
  • Meet defined department goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in service coordination or similar support role
  • Industry Experience a plus
  • Mechanical Aptitude a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • To sit for extended periods of time.

  • The employee is required to regularly use hands to type and use a computer.
  • The employee must be able to work around fumes, odors, chemicals and/or loud noises.
  • The employee may be required to operate a forklift with appropriate certification(s).
  • The employee may be required to operate a forklift with appropriate certification(s).
