U.S. Sales Executive

We're looking for a strong hunter with a proven track record selling solutions and services on all Microsoft Clouds in the U.S. to join our team.

About the job

The U.S. Sales Executive will generate new clients in Americas, focusing on the USA and Canada. This role will take advantage of the fact that we have more than 100 large customers who now purchase software from us but do not yet have cloud services.

What’s your day like? Calling, networking, and visiting prospects. This position is self-driven and outcome-oriented: sales experience, Microsoft Cloud, including Azure, Modern Workplace and Business Application expertise are keys to success in this role. What is success? Bringing in renowned enterprise companies as customers, which will then be handed off to our world-class Customer Success Management and Cloud Solution Experts. After all, as Sales Lead, you’ll want to get back on the road.

As a ‘die-hard’ sales person you will complete our small team of Account Executives by:

· Finding new business opportunities through your own network, by approaching prospects, taking advantage of relationships with Microsoft or other strategic partners, and by following up marketing leads.

· Providing high-quality proposals to clients by working with our sales support and technical teams to interpret business and technical needs and translate into business value.

· Working with the marketing and business development teams to generate incremental leads.

· By attending and speaking at industry events bringing qualified sales leads.

· Proudly providing management with insight into your successes and opportunities in the marketplace.

You have a hunter mentality. You oversee the market, set your lines, and don’t let an opportunity pass you by. With empathy, guts, and content you convince prospects of the added value of migrating to the cloud with InTWO. You can perfectly assess the customer’s needs thanks to your extensive substantive knowledge of all Microsoft’s IaaS PaaS and SaaS clouds. You effortlessly outline what the Microsoft technology and InTWO service can contribute to business goals. That’s what you’ve successfully been doing for years. You are a deal maker to the core. Your goodwill factor is high, as is your empathy for customers. You also have a lot more at your disposal:

· At least 5 years of experience successfully selling solutions and services on multiple Microsoft clouds (Azure, M365, D365, Power Platform)

· Proven leadership and team building skills such as mentoring and working closely with other sales, marketing and business development people.

· You create your own momentum, you don’t wait for product and marketing alone.

· You are a born networker and influence the right stakeholders within the Decision-Making Units.

· Comfortable speaking with InTWO cloud experts just as easily as C-level prospects.

· You are a passionate self-starter with a professional, process-driven sales approach.

· A completed college or university education.

· You are fluent in English.

· Microsoft certifications 900-level in Azure, M365, Security and/or D365 is a plus.

· You will work with extremely driven and experienced Cloud Infrastructure, Modern Workplace, Business Applications and Cybersecurity experts.
