Job Summary:
Acquisition Professionals LLC is seeking a Transfer Specialist to provide support to ensuring a smooth experience for enlisted personnel transferring from one state to another and solely responsible for the transfers of all enlisted personnel. The Transfer Specialist will work with senior management to manage transitioning candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Specific areas of responsibility are designated through written and oral instructions. Knowledge of recruiting and retention operations is crucial.
• Coordinate and maintain inter-service and inter-state transfers for the GAARNG.
• Coordinate the assignment of IST's with units.
• Coordinate out-going IST's with the gaining state/territory to ensure a smooth transfer for the Soldier.
• Perform follow-up with units to ensure IST's have reported to their new duty assignment.
• Provide guidance and interpretation as required to members of the field recruiting force on enlistment criteria established by the National Guard Bureau.
• Provide guidance and support for the professional development of members of the Recruiting and Retention Force (RRF).
• Prepare and conduct recruitment management briefings.
• Assist in the development and coordination of recruiter production missions in support of the strength mission requirement.
• Assist in the preparation of market analysis and demographic studies in support of the recruiter production missions.
• Write and edit recruiter management information for publication, as appropriate.
• Prepare and process drafts and working papers, documents, correspondence, reports, and other items, as required.

Education/Certifications:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) Minimum of three (3) years of relevant administrative experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail Effective communication, including writing, speaking and active listening. Collaboration and teamwork Skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Software.
• Ability to manage teams and communicate with others effectively
