Our Colorado Springs, CO team is growing and interested in hiring a Principal or Sr. Principal Training Representative.

Responsibilities:

• The selected candidate will develop training and course material for USSF operators and maintainers of radar systems

• Analyze technical manual content and system operational concepts to develop courseware, training material, and training certification programs

• Work with customer organizations to identify training priorities and minimal qualifications for operator certification

• Collaborate in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment

• Develop and provide status reports and briefings to customer organizations

• Independently manage deliverables and material to be provided at key program milestones

This position can be staffed at a level 2 or 3, based on the basic qualifications below.

Basic Qualifications:

• Level 2: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience, or 1 year with Master’s degree. An additional 4 years of experience required in lieu of a degree.

• Level 3: Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of related experience, or 4 years with Master’s degree. An additional 4 years of experience required in lieu of a degree.

• Experience developing training material or programs

• Understanding of USAF/USSF Operator or Maintainer positions, certifications and training concepts

• DoD Interim Secret Clearance required to start

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active DoD Secret clearance

• 2+ years’ experience as a Unit training instructor

• Experience in Space Operations/ Space Domain Awareness

Salary Range: $58,000 USD - $87,000 USD

Salary Range 2: $71,400 USD - $107,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
