Job Summary :
Responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the training department. A successful training administrative coordinator will be exceptionally organized, have a system for following up and tracking the progress of others, will be a problem solver who works cross functionally, and will effectively communicate regularly with supervisors and employees outside of the training department.

Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule, monitor, and track the progress, completion, and release of trainees.
- Update rosters in all platforms when there is a change.
- Manage communication and the reschedule process for incomplete modules or certifications.
- Handle training absentee hotline, reschedules, communication, and follow-up.
- Track, update, follow-up, and communicate delayed physical skills training needs.
- Scan and upload documents into training platform.
- Update tracking spreadsheets for a variety of classes.
- Monitor completion of med passes. Communicate and follow-up with supervisors.
- Mail certificates to employees or arrange for pick up.
- Review all training certificate applications and documents for accuracy.
- Communicate med pass completion to CS to initiate med platform credentialing.
- Monitor module completion in training platform, report missed deadlines.
- Troubleshoot training platform technical issues.
- Proctor computer work provide 1:1 tutoring and assistance.
- Assist with apprenticeship and path to 20 reporting and tracking.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Standard - Demands of the Job :
- Operate standard office equipment including but not limited to a laptop, cell phone, fax machine, printer, and copier.
- Work independently.
- Multiple and competing deadlines and priorities
- Drive an average vehicle independently, including an accessible van as required by job location.
- Appropriately and effectively assist individuals during crisis or emergency situations.
- Perform detailed data collection, recording and reporting in handwriting and typing.
- Complete required trainings as defined in the Emmaus Employee Training Curriculum, within the Emmaus timeline including but not limited to successful completion of annual Emmaus training or other job-related training.
Job Requirements/Desired Education and/or Experience :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advanced MS Office Suite including Excel & Outlook required.
- Strong technology skills required.
- Basic database management experience preferred.
