The Business Solutions Analyst develops and maintains technology solutions for the business, such as partnering with Manufacturing utilizing technology to drive process improvements to the business. This position drives productivity by using their knowledge of software programs and business strategies to help companies maximize productivity and communication. Their duties include talking with management to determine their needs, coordinating with IT professionals to create or update software based on those needs and training company employees on how to use the software effectively in their daily jobs. This role is open to a hybrid work schedule. Hybrid work schedules are based on business need and may change accordingly. This role does have a relocation package available.
