Trainer and Site Support Job at Mastech Digital
Required Skills:
- System training delivery, virtual training delivery, in-person training delivery, and site support.
Responsibilities:
- The professional who assumes this role will deliver training for a new system Tennessee caseworkers will use to process applications for SNAP and TANF.
- You will watch demos and ask questions to understand and become experts in the system's functionality and how your learners will use it.
- You will deliver virtual and in-person training over a 4-week period throughout the State of Tennessee for each of 3 go-lives.
- Between each system's go-lives, you will serve as front-line support to staff using the new system before transitioning back into your training role.
- We are looking for prior experience with SNAP and TANF.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- No nights
Experience:
- Training & development: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: On the road
