We are a multi-unit and multi-brand restaurant franchise (Wendy's, Tim Horton's) with locations throughout the tri-county area. Our Head Office is centrally located in Utica Michigan close to major freeways.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our management team in both our divisions as General Managers. If you are a leader with excellent standards, including proven effective management of COGS in a fast-paced restaurant environment...we want you! If you have at least six months experience as an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced Tim Horton's environment with a desire to grow in the restaurant industry, we want you!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Maintain budgets
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Direct the employee assessment process
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations

Skills

  • Proven experience as a General/Assistant Manager in a QSR (quick service restaurant) setting A MUST.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
