Shifts: 3rd (Sun-Thu 10p-6a)
Pay: $19.25/hour + $2.00/hour Shift Premium

Machine operation for Thermal Department.
Essential Duties:
- Set up and operate machines
- Identify and fix problems as needed
- Identify dies
- Understand equipment to optimize performance
- Follow necessary Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Rules
- Perform quality checks
- Handle material as it relates to the equipment
- Keep work area clean
- Other Duties as assigned
- Flex into other areas as needed
- May need to operate narrow aisle lift truck at times to move material (only associates who are lift training certified may operate the narrow aisle lift truck)
- Apply Lean principles in own work performance and drive Lean applications in company operations
Required Skills:
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Ability to learn machine set up
- Must be organized
- Basic math and reading skills required
- Basic computer skills required (Opti-Finish)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Job Specific Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Loud work environment- ear protection required at times
- Exposure to some chemicals
