ICI Services is looking for motivated individuals who want to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. We are looking for a Test & Evaluation (T&E) Engineer ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment on the cutting edge of Surface Navy developments. ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment to government customers.
Security Clearance:
- Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance
Position/Job Description:
- Participate in planning, make recommendations for improvement of and participate in evaluations and assessments in support of Fleet Experimentation Exercises involving the use of unmanned Surface vessels
- Develop demonstration or test plans including Test Readiness Review (TRR) or other Operational Risk Matrix (ORM) artifacts and coordinating events, either for the Government-led team or as part of the larger demonstration performance team as required by the event coordinator(s).
- Coordinate with Fleet and other stakeholders to develop and promulgate a single integrated plan to support all test events.
- Provide technical expertise in researching, planning, and conducting and evaluating combat system integration and test and trial activities.
- Develop briefings, reports, naval messages, and official correspondence on behalf of NSWC PHD Code 200.
Experience Requirements:
- 7 years’ experience in US Navy Fleet Test and Evaluation
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in an Engineering or Science discipline
