Territory Representative Job at Empire Auto Parts, LLC
As a service-minded Sales Agent with Empire Auto Parts, you’ll serve as a liaison between the company and our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Identify and contact potential customers
- Visit with customers to resolve inquiries and issues
- Maintains an updated customer database with our own proprietary software
- Assists with customer orders and accounts in person, online and over the phone
- Acts as liaison on company’s behalf as required and assists with delivers on busy days
** This is an outside sales position. You will be required to travel locally to customers in a company vehicle (all locations). **
Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record within Company standards
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Bilingual ability to read, write and speak in Spanish
- Ability to operate company owned vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing setting
- Self-motivated with keen negotiating skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
- Strong business acumen
- Willing to travel locally
- Possess strong technical and computer skills
- Be at least 18 years old
