Temporary Position


FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Manager, Human Resources


Responsibilities:

· Source qualified candidates to build and maintain robust pipelines for multiple positions by navigating through job boards & LinkedIn for both active and passive candidates.
· Handle interview scheduling, reserve conference rooms, and debrief meetings with recruiters, managers, and interview teams in a fast-paced environment
· Provide high touch care keeping interviews on track, respond to questions professionally and timely, and assist/coordinate candidate/ manager needs
· Ensure candidate records are complete and the recruitment process is accurately tracked and closed out.
· Follow up on feedback from interview panels
· Conduct reference checks, background checks, and follow up
· Arrange travel for candidates to interviews occasionally
· Work with Talent Acquisition Lead on various initiatives and recruitment-related projects.
· Provide timely updates and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Lead on hiring process
· Other HR duties as assigned by the HR director.


Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (preferred)
· 1-3 years of recent work experience in a related environment.
· Experience with LinkedIn and other job boards.
· In-depth competency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to be professional
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· A positive "can-do" attitude.
· Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate.
· Outgoing personality, engaged, creative, and organized.

Grade 14: $76,598 - $95,747 - $114,897
The expected pay range is based on many factors, such as experience, education, and the market. The range is subject to change.
