Tech-Sales Representative

The Tech-Sales Representative is responsible for growing the Clare Rose sales portfolio in select accounts (e.g., Restaurant / Bars). The Retail focus will be targeted to an account base of approx. 500-600 accounts. The Tech-Sales Representative will report into a Sales Supervisor. Overall, Tech-Sales is a growing aspect of the beverage business, and the role requires the ability to adapt to change from selling techniques to customer management.

  • Responsible for weekly call frequency on assigned retail accounts with the primary objective of selling volume and increasing new product distribution.

  • Deliver against Volume targets
  • Attain New Distribution of draft and package

  • Executing Supplier / Company Programs
  • Key Customer Planning
  • Build business relationships to enhance our share of business
  • Understanding the target consumer by account
  • Meeting Key Customers Needs
  • Portfolio / Brand and Product Knowledge
  • Spend time gaining knowledge of all Brands
  • On-line training on a regular basis
  • Solid Understanding of Technology and Tools
  • Inhouse Software
  • Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Microsoft Outlook for Email Efficiency
  • Tablet Efficient – Presentations / Profit Calculator

· Administrative Functions

  • Communication and Customer Service
  • Frequent communication with direct line manager and sales team
  • Responsible for daily paperwork and proper completion of all company documents
  • Responsible for the proper communication of company credit and accounts receivable processes. Work with Credit Department to resolve credit issues including collecting past due balances.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding promotional activities, market data and competitive activity.
  • Attend Team Meetings

Education and Experience

· A minimum of some college course work completed is preferred

· A minimum of 1-3 years sales or applicable experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
