Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As our Telemarketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, including service contracts and extended warranties with our customer base. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Calling on customers to advise them of current products, Point of Sale service offerings and conduct surveys.
- Working with the Segment Marketing Managers, Area Business Managers and Sale Representatives and Telemarketing Manager to manage and implement targeted sales and service campaigns.
- Managing account and contact information within the SAP/CRM system and completing change requests.
- Tracking all outbound calls and inbound calls in SAP/CRM and capturing customer and product details.
- Inputting sales and service lead opportunities in SAP and forwarding to the appropriate direct field representative or distribution contact.
- Driving revenue by engaging in planned campaigns.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or High School Diploma with equivalent working experience.
- Phone-based customer service experience is a plus.
- An energetic, personable individual who is a self-starter and can work independently.
- SAP/CRM experience desired but not required.
