Role: Telehealth Clinical Social Worker- MUST HAVE AN INDEPENDENT LICENSE
Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri
Salary up to $75,000/year

Responsibilities of an ITP Clinical Social Worker can look like:
- Complete all notes in the prescribed timeline
- Comply with all regulations
- Develop and coordinate therapeutic program services on the behavioral health program unit.
- Educate patients and families on signs and symptoms of illness to prevent re-hospitalization and improve disease management skills.
- Ensure the clinic operates within all regulations
- Provide social service functions in the behavioral healthcare setting, including assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, and case management to patients and families.
- Provide the best possible patient care
- Serve as a resource person to healthcare professionals concerning psycho-social problems and community resources.
- Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients.
- Education: Master’s degree in social work from an accredited graduate school of social work required
- Licensure: License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state of Iowa (LISW,LCSW). *If offered this position, ITP will pay for an Iowa License.
- Certification: Must meet any applicable Iowa certification standards required
- Behavioral health experience preferred
