Technician Apprentice Program/ Entry Level Mechanic

Indel Power Group, LLC is a holding company for Johnson Towers, Western Branch Diesel, Johnson Truck Center, Dovell & Williams, Diesel Outboard Solutions, and Curtis Power Solutions.
Indel Power Group companies operate out of 20 locations throughout New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, and Kentucky. These locations supply sales, service, and parts to the on-highway, power-generation, oil/gas, construction & industrial, mining & quarry, and marine markets. The company’s 550 team members include over 220 highly trained service technicians.
When you join the Indel Power Group team you will learn how to:
Run diagnostic testing
Analyze diagnostic test result
Replace vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, and transmissions and braking systems.
Test drive vehicles to gauge performance
Perform preventative maintenance on service trucks
Maintaining detailed records of serviced vehicles
Indel Power Group will:
Assign each trainee a sponsor to mentor them during their training program
Supply technicians with a tool kit
Offers tiered rewards program within the first year of employment
Interested candidates must:
Have good attention to detail
Have Excellent verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Be 18 years or older
