Overview of Role
Sealing Technologies, Inc. is looking for an outgoing and competitive Technical Recruiter that thrives at meeting new people and attracting new talented employees. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, attending networking events, conducting outreach, maintaining records, and providing clerical and on-the-ground support to all employees and applicants. This is a full-time position.


Roles & Responsibilities
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment
    • Performs background reference investigation, i.e., prior employment references, transcripts, etc. to gain adequate information on which to base a selection decision.
    • Track hiring activity, job postings, hiring decisions, and closing position vacancies within the applicant tracking system.
    • Build and maintain a quality pipeline of candidates for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire placement through fostering long-term relationships with candidates.
    • Push the boundaries on sourcing and hiring tactics by innovating new and creative ways to attract talent.
    • Attend career fairs and other applicable networking events to continue outreach, sourcing, and company branding throughout the year.
    • Help HR create and constantly improve current recruiting practices/ policies, and key metrics
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure efficient recruitment of new talent
    • Post jobs on all applicable sites to get the best visibility to applicants with our desired skills and qualifications.
    • Responsible for Internship Program
    • Responsible for outreach programs within the company’s AAP.
    • Build a strong internal referral program

Qualifications
    • HS diploma
    • 3 + years of full-cycle recruitment
    • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIN Recruiter
    • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
    • Strong communication (verbal, written), presentation, and social skills
    • Prior experience with C-Suite level executives
    • Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills, and build strong, productive relationships.
    • US citizen
Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Strong IT or cybersecurity knowledge
    • Experience with TAM Applicant Tracking System or BambooHR
