Purpose:

Berry Solutions Group (BSG) is seeking a self-motivated Technical Business Administrator/Project Manager with strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of business operations to help facilitate and optimize our business processes. In general, this person will work in conjunction with Team Sales and Team Project Management to oversee the scheduling and development of Statement of Work (SOW) documentation, material quotes, as well as maintaining vendor and partner relationships. Successful candidates must possess strong analytical skills, thrive under pressure, have great people skills and a strong aptitude for business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain communication will all business groups throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
• Hold regular technical team meetings with internal Subject Matter Experts (SME) to determine progress with SOW Development for new Sales Opportunities.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
• Utilize ConnectWise IT Service Management Software modules for Sales and Project Management (Training will be provided by BSG).
• Maintenance and Development of Agreements within ConnectWise Manage.
• Maintenance and Development of Contract Documents.
• Generation of Quotes in ConnectWise Sell.
• Maintenance of Product Catalog in ConnectWise Sell (adding or removing items).
• Tracking material receipts through open Purchase Orders, updating status.
• Establishing and Maintaining Partnerships with BSG Vendors.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum two years technical project management/business management experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise IT Service Management Software is a plus.
• Strong sense of personal accountability, reliability and attention to detail
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
