Various Open Positions:

Café Team Members

The Café Team Members are responsible for serving guests efficiently with food and drink at the Urban Air Café. Working hours will be spent in the kitchen and/or service area, cashiering, interacting with guests, cooking, preparing and serving food. S/he must work fast with a sense of urgency, while offering amazing standards of guest service and care.

Sanitation Team Members

The Sanitation Team Members are primarily responsible for serving guests efficiently with proper sanitation and cleaning procedures throughout the park. It is the duties of the sanitation team to ensure guests are able to enjoy the facility in a clean environment from the moment they enter the parking lot to the moment they step out of the doors. The goal is to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition.

Front Desk Team Members

This position requires superior customer service that is above and beyond guest expectations. Front Desk Team Members are the first and last impression of our park. As a Front Desk Team Member you will provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional entertainment experience for all of our guests. Your primary objective is to show our guests a safe, fun time, and deliver the ultimate in guest service.

Attractions Team Member

The Attractions Team Members are primarily responsible for providing guests with an experience like no other. The attraction team member can be placed anywhere from our front desk, merchandise counter, or at one of our various attraction locations. It is important for the attraction team member to ensure not only guest satisfaction, but to also follow all safety and sanitation regulations.

Party Hosts

The Party hosts is primarily responsible for providing guests with an experience like no other for our birthday parties and group events. The party host is responsible for the coordination, set up, and follow up with birthday events. The party host will ensure the party closet is fully stocked, inventoried, and clean each day as well as the proper communication is out to the café. It is important for the party host to ensure not only guest satisfaction, but to also follow all safety and sanitation regulations.
