About PAI Pharma
PAI offers a broad portfolio of more than 60 prescription and over-the-counter therapies to treat patients. Some of our core strengths include brain, immune, metabolic and digestive health. JOB SUMMARY:
To assist in the coordination of work in the receiving department. The essential duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of those required on the job. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES:
To be fully proficient in all aspects of Warehouse Management System applicable to the Receiving department and able to assist employees and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Be proficient and fully knowledgeable for all functions in Receiving. Train new employees from time to time.
Actively participate in the setup and processing of all packaging and manufacturing work orders. Participate in the preparation and scheduling of finished product shipments to 1700.
Understand cycle counts to maintain proper inventory. Process finished product returns through Returns Manager.
Maintain all digital files. Assist and direct Receiving employees as needed.
Monitor the general orderliness and cleanliness of the work areas daily.
Ensure equipment and fork lifts are maintained. Assure the Receiving area is secure.
Accountable for the quality of work performed in the Receiving area.
Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED, with particular emphasis during high school in office skills, shop skills, or others, plus up to 6 months related experience or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic Microsoft software suite skills.
