POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the VP of Global Learning & Talent Development, the position’s primary responsibility is to act as a Learning & Talent Development Specialist focused on the design, distribution, and communication for learning and development programs and project toolkits.
The Specialist will contribute to global talent initiatives involving close collaboration with global stakeholders, regional TD COEs, HR Business partners, and SMEs to identify essential skills that will help individuals and the organization thrive.
The ideal candidate will take an enterprise-wide mindset to their work, will develop relevant and engaging learning solutions, and will build productive and collaborative relationships across the company. They will structure solutions that build and enhance the end user experience and place an emphasis on achieving PVH’s strategic priorities by leveraging talent expertise
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Partner with Sr. Director/ Program Manager to establish delivery strategy and approach for global learning solutions
Collaborate with Sr. Director/Program Manager in the creation, maintenance, and execution of project management, including timelines, communication plans, and measurement strategies
Support the facilitation of focus groups and/or stakeholder interviews to identify learning and development needs
Assist in the collection and analysis of data to evaluate effectiveness of solutions/programs, communicate insights, and recommend actions to drive continuous improvement across regions/globe
Champion the learner experience:
Own the logistics, including learner registration, calendar, course selection, facilitator preparation for in-person and/or virtual events
Drive regional/global communications and campaigns across a variety of channles to drive engagement (new content launch, academy updates, Coursera learning sprint, etc.)
Manage Leadership Development inbox & customer care
Leverage global learning technologies & communication platforms
Maintain leadership Teams channels to create community and collaboration across brands/alumni/regions/globe
Assist leadership in developing presentations, reports, communications, internal updates, intranet stories/posts, and other materials to keep associates engaged throughout the year
Lead smaller projects, or elements of larger projects, in support of overall priorities
Provide support to the team, including invoice processing, updating and maintaining team SharePoint/collaborative site(s)
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
Support ad hoc short- and long-term talent strategy projects to meet current and future business needs
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in coordinating events and/or training activities
Exceptional project management skills
Strong organization and communication skills
Experience with survey design and delivery
Experience with LMS and/or learning platforms a plus, ability to learn quickly essential
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
Consultative approach toward clients
Education: College degree preferred.
Skills:
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in an environment where change is constant
Proficient in Survey Monkey or similar survey creation tool
Customer service skills (dealing with internal clients and external vendors)
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc.

Pay Range: $60,500 - $82,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
