Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Nystrom & Associates Ltd
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nystrom & Associates you will be primarily responsible for the outbound recruitment of mental health practitioners. This is an add-to-staff position in which you will focus on recruiting behavioral healthcare professionals including: Licensed Therapists (e.g., LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, MSW, LGSW), School Based Counselors, Substance Use Disorder Professionals (i.e., LADC), Psychiatrists, Advance Practice Registered Nurses, and Nurse Practitioners. This is an add-to-staff position to support organizational growth.
This is a full life cycle recruiting role - you will source, identify, evaluate, and hire candidates who meet our talent standards and who support our company mission to put quality patient care and excellent patient/customer experience at the forefront of everything we do. You will play a pivotal role in enabling Nystrom & Associates to build on its reputation as a leader in the area of behavioral and substance use disorder healthcare; and you will have a profound impact on our growth, enabling us to better serve the mental health needs of our local communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
Requirements include:
- At least 6 months of recruitment, recruitment coordinating, or campus recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication skills, articulate, intellectually curious, and passionate about Mental Health.
- Outgoing personality. Bright and creative. Resilient.
- Personal and professional integrity of the highest order.
