As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate screening and selection, to creating and sustaining a pipeline of talent, to maintaining a high offer close rate. You will leverage your knowledge of FanDuel's business and functional requirements while partnering with hiring managers and the leadership team to drive the talent process. Key components include developing job descriptions, passive and active sourcing, developing interview strategies and final selection processes that ensure a strong candidate fit, and ability to influence organizational outcomes.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Recruit for technical roles across the Engineering & Technology organization from mid to senior level
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers in order to understand their recruitment needs and offer insights and solutions
- Work cross functionally with HR to understand organizational design and role functions
- Take a data driven and analytic approach to managing the hiring process along with ongoing reporting of key metrics
- Structure offers and work with compensation team to determine appropriate offer packages
- Coach candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring they are prepared to meet the team and have a positive interview experience regardless of outcome
- Broaden FanDuel's brand reach through events, networking and community partnerships
- Identify ways to diversify candidate pipelines and ensure our opportunities are reaching people from a range of different backgrounds
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Minimum of 2 years' internal technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple requisitions at once while delivering a high caliber of work
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience using ATS systems (preferably Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter to develop active and passive candidate pipelines
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal/external process, extending an offer, and closing a candidate)
- Strong understanding and pulse on the technical talent market, both locally and nationally
- Ability to communicate, interact, influence and negotiate with a variety of internal clients and external candidates
- Strong team player who demonstrates an interest and ability to contribute to the Recruiting team's goals and success
- Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in the workplace
- Ability to problem solve and work autonomously with a sense of urgency

The applicable salary range for this position is $64,000 to $84,000 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
