Tag and Title Specialist Job at Chatham Motor Sales, Inc.
Attention to detail is a must.
Computer literacy required.
Titletec/Autopoint experience helpful.
Be able to communicate effectively with customers, managers and staff.
Multi-tasking, fast paced position.
Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
Be able to complete title work within state specified time limits to avoid penalties and fees.
Assign all used titles to the dealership.
Maintain tag / title spreadsheet with current status of all deals in the tag / title process.
Schedule notes must be turned in monthly to Controller for review.
Apply for refunds from state / complete TAVT exemption paperwork.
Position is Monday – Friday / 8am to 5pm
Some overtime may be required with advance notice.
