Job Duties:
- Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to system improvement and training.
- Lead and coordinate overall strategy, implementation, configuring, and training for new hires in all systems by coordinating with department “power users”.
- Provide day-to-day hands-on expertise to continuously improve and expand systems through education, training and system enhancement while instilling standard operating procedures and data integrity.
- Serve as a technical resource for ongoing support, maintenance, expansion, development, and system design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and automation to maximize the potential of all systems and inter-relations.
- Support end user requests by developing data queries, saved searches, custom screen views, and configurations utilizing Netsuite and related databases.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures with documentation for all departments and roles.
- Strong work ethic and capabilities as a team leader/participant for assigned projects from inception to completion.
- Identify and resolve process and system roadblocks in conjunction with functional subject matter experts.
- Works closely with accounting to maintain Accounting Controls in software implementation.
- Can be cross-utilized in accounting as needed.
- Will be Cross trained as a backup for IT Manager to offer IT support.
- Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
- Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university highly desired
- Strong understanding of Business processes/flows, and how business systems interact and integrate.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite require
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Business processes/flows, and how business systems interact and integrate.
- Proactive communication, a sense of urgency, and the ability to self-prioritize are paramount to this role as you will often have to pivot quickly as new opportunities arise.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
