JOB SUMMARY: The IT Systems Administrator is a member of the Desktop Imaging Support Team and is responsible for directly supporting the daily administration of the desktop images in production and development environments on site and at remote locations using the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.

• Manage Windows desktops through the use of Active Directory.
• Implements policy using Active Directory (Windows) and JAMF (Apple).
• Provide Windows and MAC desktop imaging support to maintain a "Gold" baseline to support desktop operating system imaging and deployment.
• Schedule patching of operating systems with BigFix.
• Evaluate and implement products to enhance existing desktop patching/imaging solutions (reduce costs, improve efficiency, improve performance).
• Apply CIS benchmarks to harden the operating systems.
• Coordinate scanning of OS with ISSO and mitigate discovered vulnerabilities.
• Add known applications to the McAfee ePO Server.
• Schedule deployment of new software to desktops and update baseline image.
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Associates degree in computer science or a related field
• 5 years of experience providing desktop support
• 3 years of experience in desktop patching and imaging
• MCSE/MCSA certifications preferred
• Experience with Windows and MAC Operating Systems.
• Goal driven, highly motivated, with a desire to take the lead and learn new skills.
• Strong customer service skills and passion to work through obstacles to produce results.
• Proficient in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects, able to meet target completion dates.
• Able to be flexible and adapt to change.
• Experience with backups, restores and recovery models

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
