ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced IT Manager to join the team in our new Distribution Centre based in Arlington, Texas. Relocating from LA and due to open in the next few months, this is a great time to join the Group and learn all about Cotton On!

This opportunity will see you lead our USA IT team as we continue our journey of growth in the US. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will lead the team to deliver and protect IT service delivery standards of excellence, providing specialist support to resolve complex issues and incidents.

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible to delivering system change management projects for the region and influence outcomes using your subject matter expertise. You will partner extensively with stakeholders across the business, you will drive quality outcomes across our customer and application functions that strongly support our business and IT strategy.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Information Technology
• Previous experience in a similar/broad IT Management role, preferably within a retail business
• Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders in the business & working collaboratively to achieve shared objectives
• Team Leadership and development – we love providing our team with career growth!
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and coach a team to success
• System experience: WMS and Manhattan would be advantageous
