System Administrator II, Marlboro or Chelmsford, Full-Time - Hybrid Job at Digital Federal Credit Union / DCU
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-5 (40 hours)
Essential Functions:

- Supports, trouble shoots and maintains Credit Union’s Server and Storage infrastructure.
- Supports, architects, installs, configures and maintains servers and server applications.
- Responsible for all mail products used by DCU user community.
- Uses scripting languages such as PowerShell for maintenance, automation and diagnostics of servers.
- Supports daily/nightly Operations in the resolution/prevention of problems.
- Solves non-routine problems and refers more complex issues to a higher level.
- Monitors and maintains data resources to ensure proper performance, integrity and capacity.
- Identifies system problems / assists in repair and tuning efforts to restore proper operation.
- Maintains software at current version and service pack levels.
- Works with to address Audit findings.
- Interacts with vendors to identify software problems. Monitors the progress of assistance through resolution. Communicates status to internal customers.
- Reviews/administers user add/change/delete process across all o/s platforms.
- Works trouble tickets
- Charged with hardware/software installations supporting DCU’s infrastructure.
- Interacts with Business Development Team on project tasks.
- Provides weekend and after-hours coverage for issues related to Infrastructure.
- Complete all required Bank Secrecy Act related training annually and maintain knowledge of current BSA policies, specifically those related to cash handling (CTR filing) and identifying and reporting possible suspicious activity.
- Assists all areas as necessary or required by I/S Manager.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- WINDOWS, VMware, IIS, ACTIVE DIRECTORY, LDAP, IMAP, POP, M/S Office suite.
- Background in computer operations required.
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
- Excellent communications skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- MS Certifications a plus.
- Networking a plus
- Experience with HA
- Experience with VMware’s automation tools
- SQL Server

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier/scanner, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
