Aqua-Tots Swim Instructor: Teach kids how to swim!
- 5-25 Hours Per Week
- Full time and Part time available
- May include Saturday or Sunday
- $15 hour starting pay (NO experience required!)
- All training provided and compensated!
- $500 signing bonus
AT-WSI Position Objective: Safety first, fun every second! Teach kids how to swim and how to be safe around the water.
AT-WSI Duties:
- Uphold our Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core Values
- Teach in accordance with AT curriculum
- Be knowledgeable in regards to parent questions regarding progression and AT curriculum
- Attend staff meetings and in-service trainings
Customer Service
- Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers
- Build relationships with families
- Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome
- Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction
Never taught swimming classes before? No problem!
- We provide full training for all employees to ensure our instructors are the best
- Anyone can teach swim lessons! Our best instructors have been former nannies, teachers, nurses, camp counselors, and actors.
