The SVP, ITS Program Delivery Services, serves as the strategic inspiring leader to a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the development, implementation, and management of technology solutions for key System and Bank business lines. This role will also serve as a primary back up to the CIO/EVP, ITS, and leads critical initiatives and represents the Bank on System committees and work groups.

Provide leadership and strategic direction: Lead large, multimillion-dollar technology programs and services on behalf of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, to include, but not limited to Cash Application and Delivery Services (Cash ADS), Statistics and Reserves (STAR) and the Common Data Platform.

Manage and foster strong relationships: Key partners include Federal Reserve Cash Services (FedCash Services), Board Statices and Reserves Function Management (STAR), and System IT

Advise Bank and System leadership, customers, and key stakeholders on appropriate Cloud technologies and digital solutions that optimize productivity and achieve desired business outcomes.

Establish and manage a strategic roadmap and multi-year planning forecasts to include identification of all major investments and/or changes to the current national software suite.

Principal IT Officer: Serves on behalf of the CIO as the principal IT Officer in the CIO's absence or as requested, key member of the 12L ITS Leadership Team, and System IT representation.

Oversee cross-institutional initiatives and executive level projects, fostering strategic partnerships in carrying out enterprise-wide product and services for the SF-ITS organization.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

10+ years of relevant functional and leadership experience

- Expertise across the Architecture domain (Enterprise, Business, Data & Solution Architecture) including Agile Application Delivery and infrastructure (on-prem, co-lo, and cloud).

Working knowledge and experience Agile Product Management Methodologies and Organizational Change Management best practices.

Experience developing and managing leaders and IT professional staff, and creating engaging, inclusive, and motivating work environments for high-performing teams.
