Our Supported Living Supervisors will ensure the safety and support of our individuals through training and supervision of our Direct Support Professionals. Each day, you will have hands on opportunities to support individuals with special needs as well as your team. This position will typically work Monday through Friday and includes on-call responsibilities.

Here is what you can do for Wabash Center:

• High school degree/GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field or Education preferred
• Provide individualized attention to individuals that we serve, which encourages each individual served's ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical and mental well-being
• Maintain all appropriate information in a confidential and professional manner, and in accordance with state and federal rules and regulations
• Bring your experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or relevant Residential experience
• Have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation
• Be an rock star representative of Wabash Center to the individuals we serve and their family members or guardians
