  • FlexForce is looking for a Support Operations Analyst:

The Support Ops Analyst function is to support the Head of Support Ops and the Facilities Coordinator by assisting with data entry and recordkeeping duties.

Essential Duties:

The Support Ops Analyst is directly responsible for:

  • Issuing and managing PO’s for all material and facilities costs on the company’s ERP software
  • Allocating project spends using the company’s ERP software system;
  • Setup and closeout of projects on our task management software for Aircraft.
  • Communicating material status, including lead times, shortages, and surpluses to internal and external stakeholders using required forms;
  • Reporting on the per aircraft performance of the materials group as well as the monthly spends across all suppliers/ vendors;
  • Performing cost analysis on each aircraft and placing replenishment orders to maintain stock levels
  • Maintaining organized records of all paperwork pertaining to the functions of the materials and facilities teams
  • Tracking and reporting on relevant KPI’s
  • Keeping all maintenance records for building systems and vehicles.
  • Maintaining records of building system inspections
  • Recordkeeping of all environmental submissions made on behalf of MAAS Aviation.
  • Managing the allocation of correct maintenance costs against tooling an equipment send offsite.
  • Recordkeeping all employee issued equipment

Secondary Duties:

The Support Ops Analyst may be assigned various secondary duties, including but not limited to the following:

  • Additional duties as required by management.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday

8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate:

$20.00-$25.00/hr

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Operation Analyst: 2 years (Required)
  • Recordkeeping: 2 years (Required)
  • Client Support: 2 years (Required)
