SUBWAY TEAM LEADER / FOOD COURT CREW MEMBER

IMMEDIATE HIRING – All shifts, flexible hours; Weekdays and/or Weekends; FT/PT

LOCATED ON THE QUANTICO MARINE BASE - INSIDE THE MAIN EXCHANGE, right off Rte 95

MORNING/EARLY AFTERNOON SHIFTS * WORK WHILE THE KIDS ARE IN SCHOOL * MAKE PREMIUM PAY!

PAY - $13.35 TO $14.00 PER HOUR based on experience!

Exciting opportunity to join our team as a *SUBWAY Team Leader / Food Court Crew Member* at the Quantico Marine Base MCX Food Court. You will prepare a full SUBWAY menu, prep and serve Papa John's pizzas, and assist and proudly serve your delicious subs, wraps, pizzas, and salads to our guests. We also have Greek Squad food concept in this location. Your skills will be varied and NEVER BORING!! Team Leaders will have previous experience and be compensated accordingly. You are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Team members will work as reliable and valuable elements of our team; showing respect and treating others fairly at all times.

Responsibilities Include:

• Understands all menu items and can accurately explain to guests
• Prepares all products following brand requirements and does so in a timely manner
• Adheres to and understands proper food handling, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Uses POS register systems to accurately record orders, collect payments, and make change
• Maintains a professional appearance by adhering to company dress code and standards of cleanliness
• Keeps restaurant clean including workstations and all guest areas
• Completes assigned brand, franchise, and base trainings when required

Qualifications:

• Dependability is a must; follow schedule and arrive on time
• Have reliable transportation
• Be capable of lifting 25 pounds and standing for long periods of time
