• Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel
• Must be available to work flexible hours in accordance with Riverhead Bay schedules, and every other Saturday.
• Professional and has the ability to make a compelling introduction

Position Description:

• Responds to customer contacts calls, letters, emails, and survey comments regarding Subaru products, warranties, SAS, and dealer related issues in a non-scripted environment

• All Employees are required to dress in proper business/uniform attire

• Answer all incoming telephone calls

• Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all of our customers

Daily work load:

• Appointment Confirmation phone calls

• Contact "NO SHOW" Customers Appointments

• Daily Special Ordered Parts for Subaru

• Monthly New York State Inspection Reminders for Subaru

• Subaru Campaign/Recall Report

• Perform Service Department Customer Follow-Up

• Manage/Document Customer Contact Logs

• Assist Service and Parts Managers with administrative tasks

Compensation/Benefits:
