Structural Engineer

(CMT), a civil engineering design firm, is actively seeking to add a talented, Structural Engineer to our Indianapolis, IN Surface Transportation team to support our transportation clients and have a hand in transforming the communities we serve. This position will provide an opportunity to work on conventional and moderate to complex structural projects. Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures from an accredited university
• 0-4 years structural engineering experience with a strong emphasis in the design of bridges and structures
• Working knowledge of MicroStation and Geopak/InRoads software
• Strong communication, technical, and computer skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, flexibility to adjust as project workload demands change, and the ability to work independently
• Proficient with various structural design and analysis software

Additional Desirable Skills:

• Highway bridge inspection experience to include training through FHWA/NHI
• Highway bridge design experience
• Railroad bridge experience
• Registered Engineer Intern (EI)
