As a Strategic Consultant , Here's What You'll Do:

The Strategic Consultant will add value and skillset to projects that seek to tackle our clients most pressing business challenges. Core responsibilities include presenting analyses and scorecards, contributing to the breakdown and synthesis of client business objectives, and offering data driven solutions as input into broad business objectives, all while working reciprocally in a team setting. In addition to client and prospect work, Strategic Consultants can partake in independent or small group projects to develop new innovative ideas and offerings for Union Leasing.

• Engage with key customers and prospects to promote fleet optimization specific to each client’s unique business goals
• Conduct scorecard reviews with customers to drive value and solutions focused on lowering client operating cents per mile
• Collaborates in partnership with sales, marketing, operations, customer experience and information technology to define and execute Union Leasing’s Consulting strategies and opportunities for innovation and growth
• Design and build Strategic models and reports in conjunction with IT Developers for utilization by external and internal clients.
• Present solutions to client & prospect management at all levels of business, including C Suite leadership
• Analyze large and multiple data sets using visual data exploration tools (PowerBI, Tableau), make recommendations based on market insights, trend analysis and key metrics indicators
• Independently manages and maintains relationships with major customers and providers, including Client Advisory Board members

Here's What it Will Take to be Successful in This Role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Finance, or Related Strategic Analytical field strongly preferred
• 3+ years of similar strategic consulting experience, ideally in a fleet consulting or corporate strategy role
• Intellectual curiosity and tenacity to develop creative approaches to problem solving
• Demonstrated critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Power BI and Tableu preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Adobe, preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25%
