2nd SHIFT - Stock Handlers

2:30 pm - 11:00 pm PLUS OVERTIME WHEN NEEDED

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• General computer experience required.
• Forklift certification required for all material handling equipment including automatics, cherry pickers, forklifts, and NAR forklifts.
• Experience with RF equipment and computerized warehouse management systems, a plus.
• Up to one year experience in respective production area preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides and removes product from the operations process using all types of material handling equipment including forklifts.
• Replenish full and split case areas.
• Decides where to stage and when to move product to effectively support the daily production schedule.
• Relocate SKUs between flow racks and pallets based on light volume picking.
• Regularly moves product in the most efficient manner for operations.
• Performs cycle set up and tear down for split case area and Wal-Mart line.
• Maintains system integrity and keeps accurate account of material movement by updating the PKMS warehouse management system using RF equipment.
• Supports other functions in the operations as needed up to and including full pallet pulls, offline freight, receiving, general warehousing, stretch wrap operations and compactor operations.
• Delivers required documentation to appropriate areas to facilitate final shipping instructions.
• Assists in the training of new associates as required.
• Completes all required paperwork as needed.
• Performs marginal tasks and other duties as assigned.
