The Support Specialist will oversee and assist the Private Duty Nursing (PDN) branch in the handling of job duties such as inputting and following up with PDN referrals, helping initiate and maintain insurance authorizations, post job listings, oversee timesheet approvals, and other general administrative duties.
Location:
- Location: Spokane Valley, WA
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle the entry of referrals into our system & perform follow up calls to hospitals and patients
- Complete insurance authorizations for new & existing patients
- Post job listings and review metrics/analytics
- Weekly timesheet audits & checks
- Maintain and build relationships with existing and new nursing staff
- Effectively manage and complete time-bound priorities
- Help with coordination of start of care procedures
- Assisting with general daily administrative duties

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient with Google Suite
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Compensation
- $18/hr
