Looking for a dynamic individual for this position of staffing coordinator and staff development. This position includes creating a schedule for nursing staff, recruitment, hiring, retention, nursing call and staff development through education and in servicing. The right person for this job will be someone very organized, personable, positive, out going who has a love for education and healthcare.
Estates at Shavano Park is a new facility located in Shavano Park. We are a gorgeous state of the art SNF/LTC with an amazing staff and resident population. We would love to find the right person to join our team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
