Across our three locations, Revive's team of nurses and physician assistants provide a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including botox, filler and skin lasers.

We are currently looking for a Staff Accountant to join our administrative team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform period end financial close activities and meet all related deadlines. Performs monthly cash reconciliations in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Research variances and prepares adjustments. Ensures that all reconciling items are researched and resolved on time
- Prepare accounting and management reports
- Escalate any unusual activity or aged items to management which enables a proactive response to potential risks and related losses
- Build relationships with the different cross company's departments
- Support the design, implementation, documentation and monitoring of internal controls
- Work closely with the broader accounting team to support accounting operations and compliance for the business
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and that Company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Ad hoc reporting and other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree
- At least three years accounting experience
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be proactive and have a positive attitude
- Open-minded and flexible
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Maintains confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- QuickBooks Online experience a plus
- Payroll Experience (2 years preferred)
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online
- Computer savvy – Mac OS, Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Human Resources and payroll-related experience preferred
- Experience with business management software Zenoti a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in bookkeeping or general accounting position
- Verifiable references required from recent work experience
- Competency testing will be conducted for general accounting skills, QuickBooks and Excel.
