STAFF ACCOUNTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Status: Full Time / Exempt
Reporting to: Financial Controller

Description
The position is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting for all Noble 33 businesses. This position will handle balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, posting adjusting journal entries, and maintaining accounting records.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Daily revenue posting
- Post transactions and reclassify as needed
- Reconcile bank transactions daily/weekly/monthly
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing
- Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts monthly/quarterly
- Maintain fixed asset roll forward
- Prepare documents for audits
- Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance
- Maintain and improve processes for streamlining the close process and transaction posting
Qualifications
- Experience with Multi-Unit Food and Beverage Outlets
- Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting
- Strong familiarity with GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct a plus)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skillset required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
